These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadsFind.me websites, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and account responsibilities

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights.
• Send unlawful spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive advertising.
• Generate or distribute prohibited content (including illegal, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content).
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or bypass security/rate limits.

3) Customer compliance obligations

You are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules that apply to your business, including privacy, marketing, consumer protection, and anti-spam requirements (for example, CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar local laws where applicable).

4) Payments, billing, and Stripe

• Paid features are billed as described at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize charges through Stripe and agree that payment processing is subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
• We may suspend or terminate paid access for failed or disputed payments.

5) Google and third-party platform terms

If you connect or use Google or other third-party integrations through our Services, you must follow those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, policies, or service interruptions.

6) Intellectual property

• We retain all rights in the Services, software, branding, and documentation.
• You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host/process that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
• You represent that you have all rights necessary for the content and campaigns you run through the Services.

7) Service availability and changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsFind.me and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to LeadsFind.me for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadsFind.me from claims arising out of your content, campaigns, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or where required by law.

12) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadsFind.me operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13) Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted with a revised effective date.
